2. Our Services

Facilivate Co. provides facilitation services including contractor matching, quote coordination, scheduling assistance, and professional review of estimates. We also offer optional project supervision services.

We are not a general contractor, law firm, or licensed real estate broker. We do not perform construction work, provide legal advice, or guarantee project outcomes.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Contractor performance, quality of work, or completion of projects
• Pricing, timelines, or specific results
• That any contractor will accept or complete your project

All decisions regarding hiring contractors remain solely with you.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Facilivate Co., its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any contractor you hire.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the specific service in question.

5. Independent Contractor Relationship

Contractors matched through our platform are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or performance. You are solely responsible for all contracts, payments, and disputes with contractors.

6. No Legal or Professional Advice

Any information, reviews, or recommendations provided by us are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult qualified licensed professionals for such advice.

7. Privacy and Address Sharing

Your contact information and address are kept private. We will only share your address with a contractor after you explicitly approve a specific visit time in your dashboard.

8. Refund Policy

• If we deliver no quotes at all, you receive a full refund.
• If we deliver fewer quotes than purchased, we will refund the difference between what you paid and the price of the package matching the quotes actually delivered.
• No refund after quotes have been delivered and the service has been provided.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

9. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate project information, maintaining reasonable availability, and making final decisions about contractors.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse our platform, harass contractors, or engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
